Local consultancy.
Sixeyed consultants are typically working with Enterprise clients with £1bn turnovers, on £1m projects or £100m programmes. But we're keen to help the local small business community, so starting in 2010 we launched our Pro Bono programme. To support local businesses, we provide free consultancy time and free infrastructure to give companies a Web presence.
Our consultants are sponsored to deliver Pro Bono projects, and encouraged to use them as a proving ground for new approaches and suppliers. In 2010 we put live two projects to help local businesses, using a combination of technologies from Amazon, Microsoft and a leading UK-based ISP, NetHosted.
In 2010, we delivered two Pro Bono solutions:
- The Star Inn, Bentley
- Glenfield Guest House, Whitehaven
For 2011, we are talking with more local companies and hope to extend our Pro Bono portfolio, helping one or two small businesses every year.
